Prior to every session, my clients submit a Coaching Prep Sheet where they write a short summary of the progress they made since the last session and where they want to pay some extra time during the next session.

I prepare a Session Agenda.

Based on the notes, timeline and prep sheet, I create a simple agenda that I am going to use to try to coaching session on the right track and on any time. Now I’m ready to make the email!

Maintaining Control

When you practice a coaching session with your client, it is vital that you are in associated with the conversation whenever you require!You are the conductor of your “coaching bus” with your client is the passenger!
